I'm afraid this post is going to be short and sad. We learned today of the loss of a wonderful friend of EECM and member of the Board of Directors, Adriane Aul. Adriane was the Coordinator of the Pittsburgh Weed & Seed program and had joined the Board earlier this year. Everyone who met this beautiful young woman was swept up by her enthusiasm and sunny personality and none of us suspected that, for as long as we had known her, she was battling brain cancer. Adriane died Wednesday at the age of 28. She will be deeply missed by all of us here at EECM.
